About the Course
Welcome to a transformative series designed to confront and conquer one of the most pervasive obstacles to a full, joy-filled life: shame. This isn't just about understanding a difficult emotion; it's about embarking on a profound journey towards healing and freedom.

Many of us, myself included, have experienced how shame can keep us stuck in trauma. For too long, I found myself unable to ask for help, trapped by an inner vow not to seek assistance, the profound shame associated with my issues, and the deep-seated fear of rejection and abandonment if people truly saw the real me. This often manifests as wearing the "I'm fine!" mask, pretending all is well even when, deep down, we are falling apart. I have lived there and mastered that façade for most of my life.
This series will illuminate the devastating effects of shame and rejection, exploring its deep roots—from childhood traumas and family dynamics to generational patterns and cultural beliefs. It acknowledges that often, only when the pain outweighs our shame will we be willing to truly deal with our issues.
Through practical teaching, personal stories of breakthrough, and actionable tools like self-assessment checklists, you will gain a deeper understanding of what shame is and how it impacts you. More importantly, you will discover how to appropriate God's love and forgiveness, dismantle strongholds, and walk in a true culture of honour and dignity, despising shame as Jesus did. Prepare to experience God's love, heal from past wounds, and be equipped to live—and love—more fully.
